(Clematis) Clematis are often referred to as 'The Queen of the Vines' and this new cultivar should be known as 'The Queen of the Doubles'. 'Arctic Queen' has the strongest habit of any double clematis and it is very free flowering. The creamy-white, fully double, 5" flowers are produced on both the old wood and current season's growth from May through August.
