Common Name: “Stonecrop”
Additional Photos

(Stonecrop) This tough new perennial is a sure bet for any garden! In the spring, the sturdy upright foliage of Sedum 'Black Jack' PP#16,736 emerges purple-green and changes to dark purple-black as the sun intensifies over the summer. Butterflies love the massive 8 inch bright pink flower heads which contrast wonderfully to the dark foliage in late summer. This drought tolerant plant has succulant foliage which is resistant to deer and rabbits. Sedum 'Black Jack' PP#16,736 is a recent selection of Sedum 'Matrona' and inherits its pristine form and habit from its parent.
