Coreopsis verticillata 'Golden Gain' Common Name: “Coreopsis-Threadleaf”

This plant has yet to be reviewed. (Threadleaf Coreopsis) Coreopsis 'Golden Gain' is new variety with an upright vase-like habit. The sturdy, vertical habit is quite unique and offers many uses in the landscape. 'Golden Gain' is very long blooming with large 2 inch flowers that completely cover the plant. Though it blooms all summer, deadheading will promote additional flowering.

Coreopsis is native to North America. Therefore, it is easy to grow, thriving in any well-drained soil and full sun. Once established, it is rather drought tolerant. It can be propagated either by seed or by division every few years in spring or fall.
