(Bugbane) Actaea 'Black Negligee' is a dark and mysterious accent plant for your garden. This vigorous grower has lacy black foliage and striking black-purple stems. In late summer, large purplish-white bottlebrush flowers project 2 feet above the foliage and perfume the air with sweet fragrance. Thrives in moist soil.
