Topic Title: Tree peony
Created on June 16, 2009 at 01:01 PM

Kari Olson

What does the trunk of the tree peony look like, I have been acutally thinking about this vareity ...i have all bush peonies.

Ming

I'm guessing it's a Tree Peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) 'Shima nishiki' (or 'Shimanishiki'). It's a Japanese Moutan. Commonly available on the trade.

Heidi

That is a great Peony i like the bi color. Which one is it?

Kae

Tree peony bloom makes Spring in the garden special!
