Topic Title: Mini Buddleia

Put in 5 beautiful Lo and Behold mini Buddleia last year. Good flower and color all summer; cut back early this Spring; see no new growth whatsoever. They had full sun and mulched well for winter; only had 1 ice storm late in winter. Am I worried too soon; will they need warmer weather to wake up and start to grow? Upstate Illinois near Wisc border, but the rest of my gardens are exploding with growth.
