(Clematis) 'Multi Blue' is an excellent double flowering sport of Clematis 'The President'. The well-rounded double flowers have navy-blue outer layer petals, topped with many layers of shorter, pointed, reddish-purple petals. Reblooms in late summer with semi-double flowers on the current season's growth.
