Convallaria majalis
(Lily of the Valley) The beauty of this sweet classic flower never goes out of style. Convallaria majalis is delicate and fragrant; the white bell-shaped flowers hang from arching racemes in the spring and last for several weeks followed by tiny orange berries. Convallaria majalis is a 1993 Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit winner and is a vigorous groundcover that grows well in shady woodland areas.
