(Hollyhock) Alcea 'Fiesta Time' is a great new variety in the Hollyhock family. This stunning seed variety produces relatively short spikes of rose pink, fringed, double flowers. The 3 foot height of 'Fiesta Time' makes this a great choice for courtyard gardens, or container plantings. Hollyhocks should be treated as a biennial or short lived perennial.
