(False Spirea) Astilbe 'Rise and Shine' is a new hot pink flowering variety that will wake up your shade garden! The large, 8 inch long, plumes are held strong on sturdy flower stems and look like a large bouquet planted in the garden. 'Rise and Shine' is a new hybrid variety of the Astilbe chinensis species which is where it gets its increased sun and drought tolerance from. An excellent perennial for full sun or full shade.
