(USDA Organic) Pepper 'Fish'(Hot) From the Philadelphia/Baltimore region, this heirloom is considered by many to be the best variety to use when cooking fish and shellfish and is also perfect for salsa. 18" to 24" tall plants feature decorative green and purple foliage splashed with white. High yields of very hot, 2" long pointed fruits ripen from white with green stripes to orange with brown stripes and then to brilliant red, some may also become deep purple as well. This 'Fish' variety is really fun to grow!
