(Clematis) Clematis 'Filigree', a dwarf clematis, produces an abundace of flowers and it only reaches 12" tall! The Silvery Blue petals, and ruffled edges of 'Filigree' produce single and semi double flowers. This dwarf Clematis in exceptionally free flowering from May-July. Great for containers or a mounding ground cover.
