Clematis 'Jackmanii Superba' Common Name: “Clematis”
Flower color may vary due to environment
(Clematis) Known to be an improved Clematis 'Jackmanii' for its broader petals and deeper rich purple color when flowers first open. The 5" flowers transition from deep purple to a lighter violet with age. 'Jackmanii Superba' is an excellent cultivar for later season color - blooming from midsummer to early fall. Can also be used as a ground cover!

Prune Group 3 - Prune lightly above the new leaf buds in early spring and remove any dead or weak stems. Varieties within this group flower on the new season's growth.
