(Clematis) Clematis 'Vyvyan Pennell' bears huge 8" double flowers in the spring and reblooms in August with single, light violet flowers. The impressive flowers are violet-blue with reddish overtones and have contrasting gold stamens. 'Vyvyan Pennell' was awarded Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
