See what our great customers had to say about the QUICK FIRE™ Hydrangea paniculata 'Bulk'. Doug C.'s Review
Location: Spokane, WA
Hardiness Zone: 6
Purchased fall of 2008, went through a very heavy snowfall winter, and cold spring (snowed 6 inches here on April 14th). They are doing fantastic! Very healthy, have grown about 18 inches, and are loaded with flowers. Just starting to turn from white to pink, but more white buds blooming as well. We planted 5 together to eventually create a hedge, and they are well on their way. Very happy with the purchase. Customer Rating:
(Hardy Hydrangea) Hydrangea Quick Fire™ is a breeding breakthrough from the Netherlands. This spectacular new Hydrangea is adorned with rich deep pink blooms more than a month earlier than other varieties! Plant Hydrangea Quick Fire™ in combination with other Hydrangeas for an extended season of color with these spectacular landscape plants. A Proven Winners® Color Choice® Flowering Shrub.

Hydrangea Quick Fire™ Prefers good, loamy soil. Most adaptable of all hydrangeas to different soil types. Most urban tolerant and very difficult to kill. Best if pruned in late fall or early spring. Blooms on new wood. Make sure to prune off spent flowers when they turn brown. Medium moisture, not as water dependent as Hydrangea macrophylla. Will tolerate drought. Deciduous shrub. Fertilize in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs.
