(Purple Fountain Grass) Pennisetum 'Rubrum' is an outstanding ANNUAL fountain grass with thin reddish-purple foliage. The magnificent, rosy-pink, bottlebrush plumes erupt from the dark tropical foliage from early summer until frost! This versatile grass looks spectacular in nearly any setting - especially in large combination planters! Planting in-between perennials and shrubs is an excellent way to add some pizzazz to your landscape. Don't worry about having to replant it every year ? it is worth it!
