Salvia greggii 'Wild Thing'
Salvia 'Wild Thing'
See what our great customers had to say about the Salvia greggii 'Wild Thing'.
This is a beautiful plant and it does attract hummingbirds. However, because of the smell of the leaves, it is wise not to rub up against it. The smell will stay on your clothes. I had to move my plants due to being to close to where family and company would walk by and accidently rub up against it. My children have named it the "Stinky" bush.
I have 2 of these and they are awesome! They are truly evergreen and are already full of pink blooms and it's just March. I plan on buying more to spread around in different areas of the gardens.
(Autumn Sage or Bush Sage) Salvia 'Wild Thing' produces aromatic mounds of dark, semi-evergreen foliage that are covered with flushes of hot pink flowers from May through October! 'Wild Thing™' is a woody perennial that looks best when cut back in the spring. Hummingbirds and butterflies love the bright color!
