(Perennial Salvia) Salvia 'May Night' is easy to grow, drought tolerant, and produces blooms in early summer that will continue longer if deadheaded. Butterflies and hummingbirds love this aromatic, clump-forming perennial with its oblong leaves and spikes of deep violet-purple flowers. 'May Night' was the 1997 Perennial Plant Association Plant of the Year!
