Sedum repestre 'Angelina'
Sedum 'Angelina'
See what our great customers had to say about the Sedum repestre 'Angelina'.
I planted Angelina in an afternoon sunny garden that is hilly and challenging. Three years later this ground cover covers most of the garden (it is aggressive). It is attractive as it turns different colors depending on the season, so it provides year round interest. Very easy to care for. I only water it when temp climbs above 100!
(Blue Spruce Stonecrop) Sedum 'Angelina', a Plant Haven introduction and 2002 ISU Perennial Award for Best New Introduction, is a stand-out in your garden landscape. The needle-like leaves are a golden-yellow with yellow flowers appearing on 6-8 inch tall stalks in early summer. Falls brings even more color when the tips of the leaves of 'Angelina' turn a reddish-orange and lasts all winter long. The low, spreading mat of foliage is a great groundcover but the plant will also add visual interest to combination containers.
