Mine is in it's 3rd season, and this photo looks exactly like mine! It has exceeeded my expectations, and has way outperformed other yarrows I have. I plan on moving a portion of this into a pot next spring. I hear this vairety does great in a pot!

Flowers are beautiful color, as is the ferny green foliage. Probably more like 14-16" tall for me in its second year. Lots of blooms. Not quite as heat tolerant as some of my other Achilleas, thus requires a bit more water.
