(Goats Beard) Aruncus ‘Misty Lace’ is one of the best Goat’s Beard for the south. Chosen for its incredible tolerance to the heat and humidity up to zone 7, ‘Misty Lace’ is also very cold hardy, down to zone 3. The creamy white, feathery flowers appear in early summer on dark red stems above compact, deeply cut, lacey foliage resembling that of Astilbe. Aruncus ‘Misty Lace’ grows 18-24″ in a full sun to full shade location making it a very versatile perennial. If planting in southern regions, we recommended placing ‘Misty Lace’ in part to full shade. In full sun make sure it has adequate water. Use ‘Misty Lace’ Aruncus in the mixed border, in a mass planting, or in a container garden. ‘Misty Lace’ is also a deer resistant plant!

    Thriving
Great plant, lush, refined leaves (bright green except for the oldest ones) and delicate flowers. Much more refined than a regular Goat’s Beard and lots more manageable for a small garden or planned space. I bought three and liked them so much I bought three more for another spot. All are thriving, with no sign of disease or pests.
