It was love at first sight! Superbells® Pomegranate Punch is such an amazing bi colored red calibrachoa. In my trials, I planted it both in a combination planter and in the ground. In both locations this plant put on a show. Consider combining 'Pomegranate Punch' with Evolvulus Blue My Mind™ and GoldDust™ Mecardonia for a great looking primary colored combintion.

(Million Bells) A Garden Crossings Favorite! Superbells® Pomegranate Punch is one of those WOW! plants both in the landscape and in containers. The deep rich red blooms of Superbells® Pomegranate Punch are beautifully accented by a burgundy color eye. A very floriferious grower, Superbells® Pomegranate Punch is a knock out not only in annual combination planters and hanging baskets, but also serves as a great ground cover for your flower beds. Standing 8-10 inches tall and spreading 12-14+ inches wide, this hard working petunia really puts on a colorful show. Superbells® Pomegranate Punch has a mounding trailing type habit in planters and can grow as long as 24 inches in a hanging basket! Superbells® like to be in well drained soil for best growing conditions. Fertilize every one to two weeks for best performance.

Million Bells Growing Tips:

You may find that Superbells® Pomegranate Punch and other Million Bells may start to look like they are going down for the summer. What we recommend doing is giving them a 'haircut'. Generally we trim our baskets to just below the bottom of the pot when they start to look like they need attention. What this does is allow for more branching and more flowers. Also we do recommend that you fertilize your Million Bells every 1-2 weeks, as you water them the nutrients get flushed out and need to be replenished so your plant has food to feed on.
