See what our great customers had to say about the Hemerocallis 'Going Bananas'
I planted "Going Bananas" last summer 2010 in my Mom's garden which is new construction and has some of the hardest stickiest clay I've ever dug in... One year later; these plants are incredibly robust... They are blooming their heads off... Beautiful pure yellow... The plants are so big and robust after just one year, they appear to be much more mature than their one year in the ground age... Foliage stays nice and green and healthy all through the season... I've never seen plants shipped better and so carefully than the growers at Garden Crossings...
This is a lovely repeat bloomer. The soft yellow let's you use it in nearly any combination. This is it's third year in my garden and it is covered in blooms.
I love this lily! They line my stairs in my garden and they are beautiful. I just planted them last year and I am very happy with them. They were recommended to me by the Garden Crossings owner...she's a genius!
(Daylily) Hemerocallis 'Going Bananas' PP17,164 has everyone going bananas!!! This is an incredible reblooming daylily that everyone will want in their gardens. The cheerful canary yellow flowers are 4" wide and bloom profusely in June and then continue reblooming through October!!! This is a definite improvement over the ever popular Hemerocallis 'Happy Returns'. Unlike 'Happy Returns', the flowers of 'Going Bananas' PP17,164always open fully plus the flowers are much bigger, which gives a much more colorful display. Destined to become an American classic!
