Papaver ‘Pink Ruffles’

  • Crepe Paper Like Blooms,
  • Great Cut Flower,
  • Deer and Rabbit Resistant

(Oriental Poppy) Papaver Pink Ruffles displays scrumptious 6 inch pink blossoms with deeply fringed, ruffled petals. Pink Ruffles is an early to mid season bloomer, the stunning pink petals have a crepe paper like texture that surrounds an elegant velvet black eye. Standing 24 inches tall and wide, Pink Ruffles makes a great border or specimen plant. Poppies prefer to be grown in full sun and you may even see a few butterflies enjoying them. Due to a slight prickly texture, you will find that deer and rabbits will stay away. After the flowers are finished for the season, poppies will go dormant, we recommend planting later blooming perennials is the area.
