I live in Upstate New York where this beautiful plant is an annual; however, it is worth every penny for the months I have it to see the hummingbirds come flocking to it. The color is stunning and the height of it makes a great backdrop for shorter perennials, annuals or any sun loving shrub. Pest free in NY I love this plant.

This great plant,long blooming and very heat tolerant. It is not fussy about soil; however, it can get out of hand so I am always sharing it with friends. I use mine as a perennial shrub.

Gorgeous dark blue spikes of flower from early summer through late fall in Dallas. Mine are darker than picture appears on my monitor. Takes near full day of harsh sun. After a couple of years, mine are impressive size. Planted straight into Dallas clay. Couldn't do without this beauty. Easy, easy. Everyone should try this reliable winner.
