See what our great customers had to say about the Salvia nemorosa 'Carradonna'
Carradonna salvia is an easy to grow perennial that masses quickly and rewards the gardener with the most lovely violet (not blue) flowers. I planted several in a bed with coneflowers and carl foerster ornamental grass. It heavenly and a goldfinch and butterfly magnet!
(Meadow Sage) Salvia 'Carradonna' is known best for its unique flower stems. The stems are a glowing dark purple color that nicely compliments the blue-violet flowers. The long flowering time of early to mid summer is an added bonus for 'Carradonna'. This plant also attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. A real knock out!
