(Petunia) Putting on a show is exactly what ‘Night Sky’ Petunia likes to do. The stunning royal purple and white blooms resemble a dark sky with a spattering of white stars across it. ‘Night Sky’ Petunia can put on a different show depending on what the days and night are like. With warmer days and nights you may notice a more purple flower color, while if the days and nights are cooler you may notice a more white flower. The perfect combination is warm days and cooler nights, for the best bi colored show. Standing 10-16 inches tall and spreading up to 36 inches wide, ‘Night Sky’ Petunia is a favorite selection for hanging baskets and mixed planter combinations. Preferring to be planted in full sun, ‘Night Sky’ is a fragrant garden addition that attracts hummingbirds. We recommend fertilizing your ‘Night Sky’ Petunia every 1-2 weeks with a water soluble fertilizer. You may find that a slight ‘haircut’ is necessary around the fourth of July. If needed trim to the bottom of the basket or planter. This will help create more branching and a more flowerful plant.
