(Blackberry) Blackberry ‘Navaho’ (Thornless) is the first erect growing, thornless blackberry and is great for home gardens since it does not require a trellis. This hardy plant produces an abundance of large, juicy, deep-blue to black fruit that ripens around the first of August and bears for one month. ‘Navaho’ Blackberries are delicious fresh, baked into pies or preserved as jams and jellies. ***Note: There may still be thorns although there is not near as many as in other non thornless varieties.
