Once you pop you can't stop! 'Power Pops' tomatoes are bright red in color, and are ripe up to two weeks before other varieties. Packed full of nutrition, 'Power Pops' are part of the Boost Collection of high-nutrition vegetables. They produce tomatoes that can have up to 55% more lycopene and 40% more carotenoids than the average garden tomato. With its cascading habit 'Power Pops' is a great selection for patio containers and hanging planters. If planting in the garden, we recommend staking or caging to keep the high yield of fruit off the ground. Tomatoes prefer to be grown in a full sun location and receive adequate water. Fertilize with a slow release fertilizer once the fruiting begins. Cherry tomatoes can be harvested at the first sign of color, or for best taste wait until they ripen fully on the vine. Tomatoes can be stored on the counter for a few days until they ripen. You can place them in the refrigerator to slow down the ripening process. 'Power Pops' cherry tomatoes are great for salads, snacking, party trays, or equally as good grilled or stewed.
