Homeowner Tips
Armeria is easy to grow in average, moist but well-drained soil and partial to full sun. It is tolerant of heat and salt once established. Light to moderate fertilizer is beneficial. This plant is said to be reliably hardy to zone 6, with some overwintering success in zone 5. In our zone 5b trials with reliable snow cover, all plants overwintered successfully.
