Standing 18-24 inches tall and 12-16 inches wide, Tiny Tortuga is a low maintenance perennial that is great for gardens and containers alike. The deep bronze foliage creates a perfect backdrop for the hot pink flower clusters. Blooming mid to late summer, Tiny Tortuga is a butterfly haven, all the while resists the deer. Tiny Tortuga Chelone is best planted in full sun to part shade locations with moderate to moist soil. A perfect ground cover when planted near the water's edge. Hardy in zones 4-9, Tiny Tortuga is another great native perennial selection.
