(Clematis) Clematis 'Blue Ravine' has huge 8" lilac blue flowers with pinkish mauve highlights and contrasting red anthers make a spectacular display in early summer. Early summer flowers have nice overlapping petals. Late summer flowers are more star-like with pointed petals.

Quality
Blue Ravine is fast growing, blooms its butt off in the most beautiful color. It deserves a 5, but gave it a 4 due to short stems. Not for the vase. (Posted on 4/14/2009)
