(Blanket Flower) Gaillardia Fanfare Blaze is a spinoff of the ever so popular Gaillardia Fanfare! The unique fiery orange red petals flare out like trumpets with a deep orange button center. The 2 1/2 inch flowers hover closely over the mounding gray green foliage. The fanfare of flowers continues from early June through late fall! Fanfare Blaze displays a wonderful compact form and is very floriferous. The trumpet-shaped petals attract butterflies and hummingbirds. An excellent new perennial that thrives in hot and dry conditions. Gaillardia is a native plant and can be found in fields and prairies.
