(Hardy Geranium, Cranesbill) Geranium 'Dragon Heart' will create a bright spot in your landscape. 'Dragon Heart' stands 2 foot tall and produces 2 inch wide magenta flowers with black centers and veining. The plant has a clumping habit with very large leaves and long spreading stems that wander through the garden. Geranium 'Dragon Heart' will shine in a sunny location near rock walls and garden slopes as a specimen plant or in mass planting. Butterflies will flock to your garden but the deer and rabbits will stay away. Geranium 'Dragon Heart' blooms from late spring through the summer. To encourage continual blooming, a light trim and shaping keeps this one going until fall.

Bounces Back Review by Ron B | Zone: 6a
I planted it last year and it took off. It grew in size and had a number of blooms. After watering or a rain storm, it looks wilted but bounces back quickly. (Posted on 1/13/2012)
