Standing 32-36 inches tall, when in bloom and spreading up to 24 inches wide, the bright green, strappy foliage is a perfect backdrop to the blooms. Sun Dried Tomatoes features large 6 inch blooms that are a bright red in color with a golden yellow eye that keeps its color in the sunlight. The recurved petals have ruffled edges that add to its uniqueness. Hardy in zones 3-9, Sun Dried Tomatoes is proven to have great garden performance, vibrant blooms, and is hardy in the coldest of climates. Daylilies like to be grown in full sun to part shade locations, and can tolerate poor soil and drought like conditions once established. Daylilies are an easy to grow variety and are rabbit resistant.
