(Heucherella)Four seasons of foliage color is what Heucherella 'Fire Frost' has to offer. The stunning, large leaves are a chartreuse green, with a silvery white veil. The striking burgundy veining 'pops' in any season. 'Fire Frost' has a mounding habit that stands 10 inches tall, and in the mid to late summer, tall spikes reaching 18 inches tall hold little white bell shaped flowers. If you love the look of Heucherella 'Stoplight', you will love the much larger leaf and more intense color of 'Fire Frost'. Breeding with H. Villosa hybrids had given 'Fire Frost' the larger leaves and increased heat and humidity tolerance of other Heucherellas. Planted in full shade to part shade locations is where Heucherellas are most happy. They enjoy average moisture, but you may find they require more water than Heuchera. Heucherella are a great choice for mixed containers as well as planted in mass, borders, as an accent or in mixed beds.
