(Hosta) Hosta 'White Christmas' is an eye catching hosta displaying ivory to pure white leaves with dark green margins that streak toward the midrib. 'White Christmas' emerges early and grows well in full shade to partly sunny areas. Pale lavender flowers display in midsummer.

FOR ME this var. wasn't hardy. I would try again but it seemed temperamental. As I have grown 20+ var. would just warn others it can be fickle. I didn't get my plant from this nursery so please do not take as an indication of their plant stock. (Posted on 5/15/2011)
