Description

Details

(Fountain Grass) Pennisetum 'Piglet' PP19,074 is a new fountain grass that is perfectly sized for any garden. At only 18" tall, Pennisetum 'Piglet' is half the size of Pennisetum 'Hameln' and much more floriferous than Pennisetum 'Little Bunny'. In late summer, tawny plumes cascade up and above the finely textured, green foliage. 'Piglet' PP19,074 looks stunning with other late summer blooming perennials like Asters or Caryopteris.

Healthy Blooms Review by Kari | Zone: 4
Quality
I just received a nice sized clump of 'Piglet'... it has some blooms and has been trimmed back for additional blooms. Healthy as I expect. I always buy from Garden Crossings! (Posted on 8/25/2009)
Best Packaging Review by Cheryl | Zone: 5
Quality
Very hardy looking, just arrived so I haven't seen it in bloom yet but it looks super healthy. I have to add that the packaging of my plants was the best I've ever seen and I have shopped online for plants a lot! (Posted on 6/3/2009)
