(Obedient Plant) The Obedient Plant is aptly named for its well-behaved, clump forming habit. Physostegia virginiana ‘Pink Manners’ from Darrell Probst is the pink form of Physostegia ‘Miss Manners’. In midsummer pale pink to white buds open to lavender pink flowers with white throats. The green foliage of ‘Pink Manners’ has a strong stemmed, upright habit that does not require staking.
