(Jacob's Ladder) Polemonium 'Purple Rain' is the darkest form of Polemonium featuring unique mounds of brownish-black, lacy foliage. It is all complemented by large blue flowers with purple centers that appear on dark stems from early to mid-summer. 'Purple Rain' is very unusual!
