(Long-leaf Speedwell) Veronica 'Eveline' calls "Bring on the butterflies"! This butterfly magnet has dense flower spikes of deep purplish-red which make a dramatic impact in the garden! 'Eveline' is very long blooming and excellent for cut flower arrangements. It is also deer resistant! This upright perennial prefers sunlight but will tolerate some shade. Trimming back the spent blooms will promote new flower spike growth throughout the summer months. Veronica 'Eveline' will add character to your garden whether it is planted as a specimen plant, border or mass planting. The dark green foliage of summer will fade to burgundy as fall arrives.
