I put one in last year and my neighbor's cat was chewing on it! So I put a small fence around it. When it put on enough size to defend its self I will remove the fence.

Hardy, pest free and beautiful. What more could one ask for? Blooms reliably all summer, salt and wind tolerant as well.

The most trouble-free plant in my garden. A nice spot of color in front of a large hydrangea in a corner. After three years, doesn't appear to be invasive like other mint, but it is huge, bushy and beautiful.
