Virginia Creeper - Parthenocissus

Native Virginia creeper is an excellent climbing vine for covering up an unsightly wall or fence, or can be used as a ground cover. Its glossy green leaves carpet any surface before turning brilliant colors in the fall. Also, in fall, berries adorn the vine giving the songbirds something to sing about. A vigorous grower, it tolerates most soils and climatic conditions. Plant in full sun to part shade. Virginia creeper can reach heights up to 30 feet. A spectacular display for right spot!
