MAD ABOUT MANGAVE® 'Inkblot' Mangave

Dark green spiky leaves splashed with deep red-purple spots gives this Mangave it’s name – ‘Inkblot’. Mangaves are a cross between an Agave and a Manfreda. These combine the best of both worlds. The better growth rate and the attractive patterns of Manfreda, and the habit and charm of Agave. This low growing, symmetrical magave has arched leaves, looking especially beautiful, spilling over in a container. Small white spines cover the edges of the thick leaves, but are harmless. ‘Inkblot’ grows 6-8 inches high and up to 22 inches wide. At least 6 hours of full sun is optimal for your Mangave’s success, as well as being drought tolerant. Hardy for zone 8 and above. Bring inside for the winter months in colder climates.
