(Viburnum) As gardeners, we are always looking for long blooming and re-blooming shrubs to add to the landscape. Steady Eddy® Viburnum will provide just that. As its name implies, it will put on a long blooming show of pure-white lace-cap like flowers in spring with reliable repeat bloom during the summer. Steady Eddy® Viburnum is an improved version of ‘Summer Snowflake’ exhibiting denser branching with stronger blooming. Growing 4-5′ high and wide, it is a great mid-size Viburnum perfect as a specimen, in the mixed border, or as a foundation planting. Moist, well-drained soil is required as Viburnum does not tolerate clay soils or poor drainage. It prefers a full sun to part shade location and requires shade during the hottest part of the day in the southern range of zones 5-8. It blooms on old wood, so prune after blooming. This great Viburnum is deer resistant and will provide a continuing show with red fruit in the fall. Steady Eddy® Viburnum is a Proven Winners® ColorChoice® Flowering Shrub.

Do you recommend I wait until the large sized plants are ready next spring, or will it be better for root development if I buy the small pot and plant this fall? Hastings, Nebraska is zone 5.
Really enjoy the good video quality and excellent plant information of your YouTube videos. Thank you.

I bought this shrub last year in honor of my Dad, it grew so fast and starting blooming it’s first year. When I saw the name Steady Eddy, I just had to have it!
