(Flossflower) Artist® Blue Ageratum is a strong performing Proven Winners® Ageratum that has a great growth habit and produces mounds of soft blue or deep violet-purple flowers. These vegetative Ageratums are more uniform and flower more consistently than seed-grown varieties. They are weather-resistant and thrive in bright full sun. Artist® Blue will work extremely well in containers, mixed baskets, and in the landscape. This Proven Winners® Ageratum does not need to be deadheaded. The new blooms will rise above the spent blooms keeping the plant looking its best at all times. Are deer eating your garden? Don't worry about this one, ageratum Artist® Blue is deer-resistant.
