Solenia® Yellow Rieger Begonia

(Rieger Begonia) The Solenia® series of Begonias are sure to impress. The compact, mounded plants are well-branched and are covered continuously with vibrant double blooms. Solenia® Begonias have more wind resistance than other Begonias, keeping them from splitting and breaking. The Solenia® Yellow begonia has deep green, mildew resistant foliage that sets off the cheery yellow blooms. Growing 8-12" high and wide, Solenia® Yellow is great for hanging baskets, window boxes, combination containers, or landscape borders in full sun to part sun locations. Solenia® Begonias are shade tolerant, especially in the hottest areas of the country where they will do well with afternoon shade. Water regularly, but do not let them get too wet. Applying a water soluble fertilizer once a week will ensure that your plants will look their best all season long.
