The striking foliage of this evergreen ground cover provides excellent texture and glowing color to shady areas and sets off the cobalt blue blooms that appear in spring. The foliage will be orange with more sun exposure and will be shades of orange, yellow and lime-green in the shade. ‘Fancy Finch’ Ajuga grows 4-6″ high and will spread 9-18″ wide and is best grown in part to full shade in moist, well-drained soil. Use as a border or ground cover plant in the shade garden. ‘Fancy Finch’ compliments other shade plants such as Brunnera, Heuchera, Hosta and Pulmonaria.
