Description
(Blanket Flower) A wonderful blanket of warm shades of yellow and apricot is the palette of color 'Arizona Apricot' Gaillardia will offer. This compact mound of dark green foliage is the base for the 3-3 1/2" blossoms that cover 'Arizona Apricot' Blanket Flower all summer long. Deadheading is encouraged to increase bloom time. The excellent branching habit makes this a perfect mounding plant. Gaillardia prefers and does well in dry locations once established. Use as a border plant or in mass for a great splash of color. 'Arizona Apricot' attracts butterflies to your gardens, but resists the deer.
