(Rose of Sharon) RUFFLED SATIN® Hibiscus in an exciting Rose of Sharon that displays masses of blooms from mid to late summer. The large, tropical looking blooms form a complete circle for a fuller looking flower. Each bloom has a striking red eye that bleeds into a light pink petal that intensifies to dark pink as it nears the heavily ruffled edges. There is a short amount of space between each flower node providing loads of color on a nice full plant. RUFFLED SATIN® is an aggressive grower that can reach 8-12 feet, but can easily be pruned to maintain a smaller size if desired. Rose of Sharon does well in full sun, blooming in mid to late summer. RUFFLED SATIN® is a deer resistant variety and attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Another great introduction from PROVEN WINNERS® COLORCHOICE® Flowering Shrubs.

John R –
Beautiful plant . Can be planted from slips and will grow. The hummingbird loves this plant, as does the butterflies. It keeps regenerating flowers right into the Late fall
